Are Larger Organizations more Innovative than Smaller Ones?

With Bradley on paternity leave, Fraser goes solo for chapter 10 of Diffusions of Innovations. The title of the chapter is Innovation in Organizations. Many studies show that “larger organisations are more innovative”. This may well be because it’s easy to measure the size of an organization, but the real reasons for innovativeness might lie deeper. 

First is a question as to whether the answers given to researchers by CEOs/CTOs a ctually reflect the reality of adoption. Schools where directors of education think they’ve “entirely adopted” iPads often actually haven’t.
